My experience at Vertu Honda Stockton could have been better because on my journey home neither the rear or drivers side front screen washer worked and i had over fifty miles to drive without proper cleaning abilities of the vehicle. I reported this to the sales man by telephone. Later on in the first day of owning the vehicle the ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT came on. I contacted the dealer ship and the vehicle was collected two days later and I never seen it again for over a week. The service department could not find the cause of the fault and the vehicle was returned to me. However the rear washer were now working but only one of the front ones was working. Due to the inability of the service department I had no choice but to go directly to Ford and purchase two new front washer nozzles at the cost of £323.50 and was able to resolve the issues in about 10 minutes, however this should have been fully working prior to me collecting the vehicle.

My experience at Vertu Honda Stockton was positive because I have searched for more than a year for this brand and model of vehicle in such good condition internal and external and was therefore very pleased to find exactly what I was looking for in the Stockton Honda dealership. The Salesman was very professional and the price for the vehicle was very much in my affordable price range and I was very pleased with the part exchange offered on my Renault Captur. Overall I am very happy with the car I purchased and it meets all my needs and I would not hesitate to recommend the garage to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
